took two scoops today, WOD "war frank" 3 rounds of 25 bar muscles, 100 squats, 35 elevated situps, all for time.

During the WOD, I was breathing calmly yet intensely, got through the WOD in 43:25mins. Man those bar muscles were a killer, had do three at a time. alternating between left and shoulder going over the bar first.

Finished the WOD, after I'm still feeling buzzed. Wide awake as fuck, oxygen is circulating through my fucking body..WOOOHOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!
